Fragrance Oil

Does anybody know of a fragrance oil that smells like St. Ives’ Swiss Vanilla Body Wash?

I would very much like to duplicate this fragrance, as it is soooo yummy! It is hard to find a vanilla fragrance oil (skin-safe) that smells that way. It is rich and deep and almost ’smokey.’ Plus it lasts so long!

Any leads would be so very much appreciated. Thanks!

Pure Oil

Your Must-Know Guide To Find The Purest Fish Oil

Finding the purest fish oil is not so easy. The manufacturers of these supplements use smoke and mirrors to describe their oil’s purification process so that the consumer cannot really understand if the oil is pure or not. Let’s see how we can get around this.

Let’s get this straight first. No purification process can cleanse an oil 100%. Even the best purification technique will leave behind a small quantity of the contaminants behind in the oil. This is the reason the source of the oil plays an important role in making … Continue Reading

Eucalyptus Essential

Essential oils in pregnancy?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and have horrible nasal congestion. I love to use Eucalyptus or pepper mint oil on my temples to help ease symptoms. Does anyone know if this is OK when pregnant? I would love some advise, I really hate calling my doctor about every little thing. Thanks

Those 2 should be fine – you need to dilute them extraordinarily well, use something like grapeseed or Almond Oil, and please PLEASE, avoid Hyssop and Sage oil, since Hyssop used to be used to induce miscarriage and sage can trigger labour.

Oils Lavender

Where can I buy these oils in the Philippines?

- nutmeg oil
- jojoba oil
- tea tree oil
- chamomile oil
- lavender oil

I couldn’t find it in any Mercury Drugstore of the groceries, except maybe it’s available in SM or any other malls here in the Philippines, I don’t know. I still haven’t checked out, and I don’t want to waste my energy going there just to see if there’s available oils which I need.

The correct Organic coffee for enemas! Dark or light?

Greetings everybody!

Today I went to Whole Foods and I bought a pound of organic
Allegro coffee, the “El Salvador” brand. I bought the beans and the clerk ground them for me.

I bought this coffee with the intent to use for my at home coffee enema but the brand i that i used last week (that was given to me by my colon therapist) had a beige/light brown color and it did not smell like coffee at all.
This Allegro El Savador organic brand is dark brown with beight specs and … Continue Reading

Which natural essential oils smells do men typically prefer on women?

I was reading that natural Essential Oil of sandalwood attracts men but then I read that it’s got the aldosterone-like pheromone….so that would attract women not men, right?

Ok so out of a list of scents, what do you men prefer? Just pick your favorite(s) and I’ll draw my own conclusions. Speak only for yourself, of course! Thanks!

Do you prefer woodsy aromas? (pines? cedar? fir? spruce?)
Do you like heady/heavy flowers? (roses? jasmine? honeysuckle? gardenia? vanilla?)
Do you like citrus? (lemon? orange? neroli? lime? grapefruit?)
Do you like herby? (rosemary? sage? basil? … Continue Reading

Olive Oil Benefits Are Simply Amazing! The Olive Trail

Although the olive tree originated in Asia, it has been cultivated for over 3,000 years in Mediterranean countries, where much of the olive crop is used to make olive oil. In this process, olives are pitted and ground to a thick pulp. The pulp is then pressed to remove the juices, which are placed in a centrifuge to separate the water from the oil.

One tablespoon of olive oil contains 120 calories and 14 grams of fat, but the fat is mostly monounsaturated; it has a beneficial effect on blood cholesterol levels, … Continue Reading
